VMS 3020G Suzhou Wanhao Imaging SystemPurpose:
The VMS 3020G Wanhao Imaging Instrument Measurement Software is a multi-sensor measurement application software independently developed by Wanhao Company. It can visualize, analyze, process and detect the coordinates of two-dimensional measurements, measure three-dimensional geometric elements using probes, and measure flatness and height using laser displacement sensors. The VMS 3020G Wanhao imaging system is widely used in various precision manufacturing industries, such as mobile phone components, molds, electronics, communications, machinery, hardware, plastics, instruments, clocks, PCBs, LCDs, and more. Measurable materials include metal, plastic, rubber, glass PCB、 Ceramics, etc.

Measurable materials include metal, plastic, rubber, glass PCB、 Ceramics, etc.The necessary conditions for the operation of QMS3D-M measurement software
1. Meet the computer configuration requirements:.
Software requirement: Windows 7 32-bit operating system
Hardware requirements:

Instrument usage method:
A、 Startup steps (please refer to page 1 of the software manual)
Turn on the instrument power POWER switch, wait until the instrument power indicator light is on, and then turn on the software QM3D-M.
Common problem: A. If you first open the software and then turn on the instrument power, the data cannot be imported into the computer;
2. During use, if the instrument power is turned off or interrupted, and the power is restored, the data cannot be imported into the computer.
Solution: Make sure to turn on the instrument power, turn off the software, and restart the software.
B. The USB data cable is not plugged in or not properly connected. Data cannot be imported into the computer.
Solution: Reconnect the USB cable or replace the USB interface.
