working principle

A mining dryer is a drying machine where wet materials are added to the dryer, and the material is evenly distributed and dispersed inside the dryer under the flipping of a plate reader evenly distributed in the cylinder. The material is fully in contact with the hot air flowing in parallel (counter current), which accelerates the heat and mass transfer during drying. During the drying process, the material can be controlled to move to the star shaped discharge valve in the other section of the dryer to discharge the finished product under the action of the inclined plate and hot air flow. Suitable for drying large particles and heavy materials in industries such as chemical, mining, and metallurgy, such as ores, blast furnace slag, coal, metal powders, phosphate fertilizers, and ammonium sulfate.
