This series of products is suitable for aging tests of non-metallic materials that are resistant to sunlight and artificial light sources.

box structure

The box body is processed and formed by CNC machine tools, with a beautiful and elegant shape. The box cover is a double-sided flip cover, which is easy to operate.
The inner liner of the box is made of imported high-grade stainless steel plate, and the outer liner of the box is made of A3 steel plate spray painted, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.
The heating method is the inner pot sink type heating, which heats up quickly and has a uniform temperature distribution.
The drainage system uses vortex and U-shaped sedimentation devices for easy cleaning by users.

control system

Black aluminum plate is used to connect the temperature sensor, and a blackboard temperature instrument is used to control heating, resulting in a more stable temperature.
The radiometer probe is fixed and does not need to be installed or removed every time.
The radiation level is displayed and measured using a high-precision ultraviolet radiation meter.
The radiation level shall not exceed 50W/m2.
Lighting and condensation can be independently controlled and alternately cycled.
The independent control time and alternating cycle control time for lighting and condensation can be set arbitrarily within one thousand hours.
