The cutting process BrightLine enables innovative components to collaborate with fluid optimized nozzles to achieve high-quality cutting on thick stainless steel. From this, BrightLine melt cutting can obtain very high-quality cutting edges - the cutting edges are as smooth as mirrors. There is significantly less or no need for follow-up work.
The CoolLine process cools the workpiece in a targeted manner during laser cutting. It enables the processing of new geometric shapes, significantly improving process reliability in the processing of thick carbon steel.
Thin stainless steel achieves good quality through TruLaser 3030/3040- even under fine contours: no burrs on the edges, no need for further processing.
