The machine consists of a casing, a drum, a base, machine feet, a suspension rod, a damping compression spring, a batching bowl transmission component, a clutch, and a braking component. The rotary drum is driven by a motor step wheel equipped with a friction clutch through a triangular belt to rotate around the main axis, forming a centrifugal force field. When the speed of the machine is normal, the material enters from the top feeding pipe, and under the action of centrifugal force, the material is evenly distributed on the inner wall of the drum. The liquid phase passes through the filter screen and leaks through the drum filter hole, while the solid phase is trapped in the drum. When the separation requirements are met, the motor is turned off, the brake is stopped, and the material is manually discharged from the top.
