Product Details

Teflon meshMaterial: Stainless steel treated with Teflon spray coating, corrosion-resistant: resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, aqua regia, and various organic solvents; Except for molten metal sodium and liquid fluorine, it can withstand all other chemicals and remains unchanged even when boiled in aqua regia;

Teflon meshUsed for trace element analysis and storage of organic solvents
Non adhesive: does not adhere to any substance;

Non toxic: physiologically inert, harmless to human body, used for filtering and screening of toxic leaching samples from solid waste

Screen diameter: 250mm

Screen height: 130mm

screenAperture: 9.5mm

Teflon coating: 0.05mm

Solid waste sample particles are sieved through a 9.5mm aperture sieve, while larger particles are crushed, cut, or ground

When measuring volatile organic compounds in a sample, in order to avoid loss of the tested component during sieving, a ruler should be used to measure the particle size. The sample and the tool used to reduce the particle size should be cooled to avoid exposing the sample to air as much as possible

China promulgated the "Identification Standards for Hazardous Waste Leaching Toxicity Identification" (GB5085.3-1996) in 1996. Due to the unclear purpose and protection objectives of hazardous waste identification, a new standard was formulated. In the newly revised "Identification Standards for Hazardous Waste Leaching Toxicity Identification" (GB5085.3-2007) officially implemented on October 1, 2007, the 14 leaching toxicity indicators in the original standard were included

On the basis of the target, 36 new indicators have been added, bringing the total number of projects to 50

*The officially implemented "Solid Waste Leaching Toxicity Leaching Method - Sulfuric Acid and Nitric Acid Method" HJ/T299-2007 and "Solid Waste Leaching Toxicity Leaching Method - Acetic Acid Buffer Solution Method" HJ/T300-2007 standards, and the flip oscillator is the equipment that completes these two standards. In order to meet the identification requirements of the new standards, it is necessary to develop new standard leaching methods that can be used for organic leaching. May 1st, 2007
