TIME5306/TH160 portable Leeb hardness tester, with added customer customized materials and hardness programming function, can be compared and calibrated with desktop hardness testers (Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers hardness testers) within a certain range, providing more personalized and accurate measurements!

Main performance
1. Thermal printers work quietly and can print any number of test results, meeting the needs of the site.

2With the function of customizing materials, users can form their own exclusive hardness conversion relationship through hardness comparison tests, and the hardness conversion results are more realistic and accurate. There are up to 5 types of custom materials available.
2. Integrated thermal printer, capable of printing any number of test results to meet on-site needs.
3. 2.42-inch large screen OLED display, 128 × 64 graphic dot matrix, high brightness, high contrast, clear and eye-catching information display.
4. The upper computer software can be equipped through the USB interface, and the measurement data can be transmitted to the upper computer in Word or Excel format, meeting the higher requirements of quality assurance activities and management;
5. During measurement, both the Leeb hardness and the required converted hardness can be displayed simultaneously, and real-time data can also be printed and output through a thermal printer.
6. The hardness conversion table can be switched to the export version as a reference for measurement values.


Main functions
You can select the testing material, hardness standard, testing direction, and testing frequency through the buttons;Full Chinese display, menu style operation, few buttons, simple and convenient operation.
It has the function of automatically identifying common impact directions (except for G-type impact devices).
A host can be equipped with 7 different impact devices for use, and there is no need to recalibrate when replacing, automatically identifying the type of impact device.
Large capacity storage, capable of storing 1000 sets of measurement data, including single measurement value, average value, measurement date, impact direction, frequency, material, hardness, and other information.
The upper and lower limits of the hardness value can be pre-set, and an automatic alarm will be triggered if it exceeds the range, which is convenient for users to test in batches.
By integrating a thermal microprinter, any number of test results can be printed to meet on-site needs.
The brightness of the display screen can be adjusted to adapt to different testing environments and usage habits.
The main display interface shows the battery level, making it convenient for users to understand the battery condition. An independent battery charging system with LED indicator lights to indicate the charging status.
Equipped with indication soft calibration function.
Can switch to the foreign hardness conversion table as a reference.
It has the function of customizing materials, and users can generate their own exclusive hardness conversion table through comparative experiments.
