General description

The SSI TC-20 electric stainless steel pipe cutter ensures zero dead volume connection. The pipe is firmly clamped by the vise on the vertical swing arm. When the swing arm presses down and comes into contact with the cutting wheel, a right angle cut is made to the pipe, and the cutting section is also polished. No need for lubricants or cutting fluids. This device has a CE mark and can cut most common pipes used in chromatography. Pipes with outer diameters of 1/16 inch, 1/8 inch, and 1/4 inch, and inner diameters as small as 0.008 inch, can be cut and polished flat without deformation.

It also includes precise polishing tools for 1/16 inch outer diameter pipes. This tool is directly installed on the swing arm to prevent incorrect installation or loss. The polishing tool (deburring tool - item number 58804) for 1/8 inch diameter can be ordered separately.
