1、 Principle of digital constant temperature digestion instrument:

Place the sample and digestive agent in the digestive tract and perform constant temperature digestion on the DTD-25 digital programmable constant temperature digestion instrument, so that the digested sample can be used for various instrument analysis and chemical analysis.

2、 Sample scope:

Food samples, various water samples, biological samples (blood, urine, hair), cosmetics, etc.

3: Applicable analysis range of digital constant temperature digestion instrument

Flame atomic absorption spectrometer and flameless atomic absorption spectrometer, atomic fluorescence spectrometer, ICP spectrometer, polarograph, chemical analysis method.

4: Performance of digital constant temperature digestion instrument:

(1) Temperature range: from room temperature to 300 ℃ (special note: temperature refers to the temperature of the constant temperature block, the temperature of the digestion sample solution, and the boiling point of the digestion solution *).

5: Reagents and equipment:

(1) Digestive fluid: nitric acid+high acidity (4+1)

(2) Plastic tweezers or bamboo clips: used to extract materials from 10% nitric acid solution soaked in glass equipment.

(3) Digestive tube: outer diameter 25MM * length 80MM flat low hardness glass, soaked in 10% nitric acid before digestion, washed, soaked, air dried or dried before use.

6: Sample digestion method:

1. Food sample digestion:

(1) Move the digestion apparatus into the kitchen and heat it up to 120 ℃.

(2) Liquid samples (such as Baijiu, purified water, natural water, etc.) absorb 1-10.0ML (the sample is put into the digestion tube, and three glass beads are added). Put the digestion tube into the digestion instrument and heat it to nearly dry at 120 ℃. Add 1.0ML (the digestion solution is digested at 240 ℃ to nearly dry at constant temperature, taken and cooled down, and measured at constant volume).

(3) Weigh 0.500-1.000G sample of general food (such as wine, beverage, fruit sugar, granules, flour food, Congee, etc.) into the digestive tube, add three glass beads, add 10.0ML digestive solution, put the digestive tube into the digester and digest it at 160 ℃ for about 1-3H>until the digestive solution is clear, digest it at a constant temperature of 240 ℃ to *, take it down to cold, and fix the volume to a certain volume for determination.

(4) Weigh 0.300-0.500G of food containing a large amount of oil and sediment (such as meat, sausages, soybean oil, milk powder, milk sugar, chocolate, etc.) into a digestion tube, add three glass beads, and add 10ML of digestion solution. Place the digestion tube in a digestion apparatus at 160 ℃ for 3 hours. If the solution has been clarified and digested at 240 ℃ until almost dry, take it and cool it down, and make a certain volume for measurement.

2. Water sample digestion:

Draw 1.00-10.0ML of sample into a digestion tube, add three glass beads, place the digestion tube on a digestion apparatus and heat it to near dryness at 120 ℃. Add digestion agent (0.50mL digestion agent for clean water and 2ML digestion agent for sewage) and dissolve it at a constant temperature of 240 ℃ until near dryness. Take it and cool it down, and measure it to a certain volume.

3. Sample dissolution:

Weigh 0.200G of sample and add three glass beads to the digestion tube. Add 5.0ML of digestion solution and digest at 160 ℃ for 30MIN on a digestion instrument. Maintain a constant temperature of 240 ℃ until almost dry. Remove and cool to a certain volume for measurement.

4. Cosmetics dissolution:

Take 0.100-0.200G of cosmetics into the digestive tract, add three glass beads and 5-10ML of digestive solution. Digest at 160 ℃ for 1-2 hours until the solution is clear. Dissolve at 240 ℃ until almost dry. Remove and cool to a certain volume for measurement.

7: Precautions for digital constant temperature digestion instrument

1. Some analytical methods require the acid (digestive solution) to be completely removed before analysis, such as polarographic analysis and white ink furnace analysis.

2. Partial analysis methods require the use of different digestive fluids and temperature controls, such as measuring tribute, digestive fluid nitric acid+sulfuric acid (4+1). The temperature control is always at 160 ℃
