Supply idle second-hand 1250 flat plastic lined suspension centrifuge Supply idle second-hand 1250 flat plastic lined suspension centrifuge
The tensile strength and elongation of various centrifugal tubes are different and should be selected according to needs. Centrifugal tubes can be made of many different materials, such as polyethylene, cellulose, polycarbonate, polypropylene, etc. Pay attention to ensuring that the sample, solvent, and gradient material do not corrode the centrifuge tube and cover components during use. Expired, aged, cracked or corroded centrifuge tubes should be avoided or used at reduced speed as much as possible. Control the frequency of use of plastic centrifuge tubes and pay attention to the matching specifications. During the centrifugation process, the centrifuge chamber cover must not be opened, and hands or foreign objects must not collide with the rotating rotor and centrifuge tube.
For low-temperature centrifugal samples, the empty rotor should be pre cooled at 2000rpm for a certain period of time. The temperature should be controlled at around 0 ℃ during pre cooling. The rotor can also be pre cooled in the refrigerator for several hours for later use. The centrifuge cup can be directly stored in the refrigerator for pre cooling.
If any abnormal phenomena are found during the centrifugation process, such as abnormal noise and vibration, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. It should not continue to operate until the cause is identified.
The development of centrifuges: Centrifuges are instruments that separate samples and are widely used in fields such as biomedical, petrochemical, agricultural, and food hygiene. They utilize the differences in precipitation rates of different substances in a centrifugal force field to achieve analysis and separation of samples.
The commonly used electric centrifuge in the laboratory has a fast rotation speed. Attention should be paid to prevent the centrifuge from moving while working due to imbalance or aging of the test tube pad during operation, which may cause it to fall off the experimental bench, or the centrifuge tube to break due to vibration caused by uncovered lid, resulting in glass fragments rotating and flying out, causing accidents.
