Debugging methods and precautions

1. When the hoist is unloaded, ensure that the three-phase current imbalance does not exceed plus or minus 10%, and measure the current value.

2. For the adjustment of upper and lower limits: When the gate is fully closed, press the upper limit on the upper travel switch and fix it on the screw of the screw hoist. When the gate is fully open, press the lower limit plate down on the travel switch and fix it on the screw.

3. For the adjustment of the main controller of the hoist, it is necessary to ensure that the error when the gate is raised and lowered to the upper and lower limits does not exceed 1cm.

Installation steps of screw opening and closing machine

1. When installing the screw opening and closing machine, it is necessary to keep the base foundation layout plane level at 180 º; The contact area between the base of the hoist and the foundation layout plane should reach over 90%; The screw axis should be perpendicular to the horizontal plane measured on the gate platform; It should be perpendicular to the lifting ear hole of the gate plate to avoid tilting the screw, which may cause local stress and damage to the components.

2. Place the manual screw hoist in the installation position. Put a limit plate on the screw, screw the screw into the machine from the lower part of the crossbeam, and when the screw is exposed from above the machine, then put on the limit plate. The lower part of the screw is connected to the gate.

3. The foundation for installing the hoist must be stable and safe. The concrete for the machine base and foundation components shall be poured according to the drawings. When the concrete strength does not reach the design strength, it is not allowed to remove or change the temporary support of the hoist, nor to conduct trial mixing and operation.

4. During installation, align the center according to the lifting centerline of the gate so that the deviation of the longitudinal and transverse centerlines does not exceed plus or minus 3mm, and the elevation deviation does not exceed plus or minus 5mm. Then pour the second phase concrete or connect it with the embedded steel plate.

5. The installation of electrical equipment for the product must comply with the requirements of the drawings and instructions, and all electrical equipment must be reliably grounded.

6. After the product installation is completed, the machine should be cleaned, damaged protective paint should be repaired, and lubricating grease should be injected.
