The LX-3200C SF6 new gas purity helium ion detector adopts the principle of helium ionization gas chromatography and is equipped with a high-sensitivity pulse discharge helium ionization detector. It detects the purity of SF6 new gas according to the method of GB/T12022-2014 "Industrial Sulfur Hexafluoride", and analyzes Air, CF4, C2F6, C3F8, H2O, etc. in SF6 new gas with an accuracy of ppb level. The enhanced version can be equipped with a semiconductor tunable laser (TDLAS) module to detect trace amounts of HF.

5. The digital logarithmic amplifier circuit used

The adopted digital logarithmic amplification signal acquisition mode increases the amplification factor at low content and decreases it at high content, with a range of 0.05-5000 μ L/L. After signal amplification, inverse number operation is performed to restore linearity.
