Introduction to Street Lamp Control Cabinets and Street Lamp Control Box Technology
  
1. The street lamp control cabinet is composed of a box door, a box body, low-voltage components (circuit breakers, contactors, relays, etc.), an intelligent lighting control module, a fire leakage system module, and wiring terminals. The overall production of the box should have a reasonable structure, be safe and reliable. The box can accommodate the installation of various electrical components, and the installation board of the components inside the box can be adjusted to the appropriate position.
  
2. The protection level of the outer shell of the street lamp control cabinet is IP42 (except for 4 points). They are wall mounted, embedded, and floor standing installations. All installation methods should consider the convenience of installation. The embedded installation should consider the thickness of the wall and the convenience of the cover plate to match the decoration. Opening the cover plate allows for direct adjustment of the depth and level of the switch and surface cover. The guide rail installed inside the box, along with the switch, can be adjusted. The floor standing installation box should have sufficient mechanical strength.
  
3. Due to the harsh environment in which the street lamp distribution box is located, in addition to meeting the technical requirements, moisture-proof, rust proof, and anti-corrosion treatment is required. The box body material is all made of stainless steel 304, with a steel plate thickness of not less than 2mm and a protection level of IP55.
  
4. The direction of opening the door of the streetlight control cabinet box body should be ≥ 135 °. The box door is designed with an internal hinge. The box door should be equipped with a lock. Both the inner and outer surfaces of the box can be coated with electrostatic spraying. The color of the box is determined according to customer requirements.
  
5. The wall mounted box of the street lamp control cabinet should have knock off holes on both the top and bottom, and the embedded box should have knock off holes on all sides. The pipeline locking facilities should be located inside the box. The floor standing box should be considered to meet the requirements of two types of incoming and outgoing lines, in order to facilitate wiring installation, and a sealing rubber ring should be installed at the knock off hole for protection, achieving the overall protection level of the box. The stainless steel distribution box is equipped with inlet and outlet holes according to the location determined in the design liaison.
  
6. The streetlight control cabinet should be securely attached with a non fading system diagram and necessary secondary wiring diagram inside the box or on the cabinet door.
  
7. The components inside the street lamp control cabinet can be installed using guide rails or fixed installation methods. The installation should be firm and should not loosen, shift, or deform under the rated limit short-circuit current electric force.
  
8. The streetlight control cabinet is equipped with reliable grounding busbars and wiring terminals, and the wiring terminals are fastened with anti loosening bolts to connect the grounding conductor. The grounding busbar and terminal block are placed at the bottom of the box, and the grounding wire passing through the door should meet the requirements for frequent opening and closing of the door.
  
9. The street lamp control cabinet should leave 10% to 15% of the component installation space in all distribution boxes for component adjustment.
  
10. The bolts on the grounding busbar of the street lamp control cabinet and street lamp control box distribution box are made of stainless steel material.
  
11. All electrical boxes in the street lamp control cabinet and street lamp control box are equipped with rainproof and anti triangle locks.
