The organic solvent spray dryer is mainly applicable to the production of micro particle powder in universities, research institutes and laboratories of food, medicine and chemical enterprises. It has broad-spectrum applicability to all solutions, such as emulsion and suspension, and is applicable to the drying of heat sensitive substances, such as biological products, biological pesticides, enzyme preparations, etc. Because the sprayed materials are subject to high temperature only when sprayed into aerosol particles, they are only heated instantaneously, which can keep the active ingredients of these active materials intact after drying.

4. Shutdown protection function: When shutting down, simply press the stop button, and the machine will immediately stop running except for the fan, ensuring that the equipment will not burn out the heating part due to misoperation (forcibly shutting down the fan).

The spray, drying and collection system is made of high-quality stainless steel materials, which enables the spray drying process to be carried out in a pollution-free and stable environment, providing convenience for scientific researchers to control the experimental process and results, and can find and solve problems in a timely manner. All stainless steel components are easy to disassemble and clean.
