1.Solution Overview
The centralized monitoring project for the temperature of sample refrigerators in the laboratories on each floor of Shanghai Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau is an added part of the customer's original management software system. The customer requests that the temperature of over 130 refrigerators, which store inspection samples and drugs in nearly 30 rooms across multiple floors, be centrally monitored. Finally, through a software interface, the monitoring management will be centrally displayed and statistically analyzed. Due to the busy daily quarantine and inspection work, it is difficult for customers to accept the traditional DCS (Distributed Control System) system that requires rearranging communication wires, and the construction cost is relatively high.
So considering all factors, we have decided to utilize the existing Ethernet interfaces in each laboratory and build a system using the OFSAEM6000 Ethernet interface multi-point temperature acquisition module.OFSThe AEM6000 module supports standard 10/100M RJ45 Ethernet interface communication. After assigning an independent IP address, it can be accessed and read temperature data through standard protocols such as TCP/IP and UDP, just like any device in the network. According to the on-site design, each laboratory is planned to install oneOFSThe AEM6000 module, due to the uncertainty of the number of refrigerators in each laboratory, requires monitoring temperature sensors ranging from a few to a dozen. The multi-point digital temperature automatic addressing technology of the AEM6000 module precisely transforms this "uncertainty" into "adaptability". So based onOFSThe system solution of AEM6000 Ethernet interface digital temperature acquisition module has received high praise from customers and has been successfully applied in:
