The H-type slide valve vacuum pump system has a horizontal structure, with two cylinders in parallel inside the pump chamber to complete the suction and exhaust processes. The inner and outer eccentric wheels are symmetrically arranged at 180 °, allowing the pump to achieve internal balance. The motor is installed on the top, and the footprint of the pump is greatly reduced compared to traditional side mounted structures.
Compared with traditional products, this product mainly has many advantages such as low operating vibration, low noise, low dynamic rate, less exhaust oil pollution, and small size.
Adopting a gas town structure, it can extract water vapor and condensable gases. There is no metal to metal contact inside the pump chamber, which prolongs the service life of the pump. The maximum pressure is less than 1.33Pa, and the pump still maintains high pumping efficiency at a high vacuum of 133Pa.
A slide valve vacuum pump is a type of volumetric vacuum pump used as a basic equipment for evacuating sealed containers and obtaining medium vacuum. It can be used alone or as a pre pump for medium and high vacuum pumps such as Roots vacuum pumps and diffusion vacuum pumps. Mainly used in vacuum smelting, vacuum drying, vacuum impregnation, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, high-altitude simulation testing, and other vacuum equipment.
Due to the certain gap between the slide valve ring and the pump chamber, there is no contact between the pump chamber and the outer circle of the slide valve, and there will be no wear. The slide valve pump adopts a forced oil pump lubrication structure, making the pump suitable for long-term use under atmospheric limited vacuum conditions.
Pumps are not suitable for extracting gases with high oxygen content, toxicity, explosiveness, corrosive effects on metals, chemical reactions on pump oil, or gases containing particulate dust. They are also not suitable for transporting gases from one container to another as transport pumps. If a large amount of condensable gas needs to be removed, appropriate structural improvements must be made to the pump, and the customer must specify this before placing an order. When used for gases containing dust and particulate impurities, it is necessary to install auxiliary devices such as separators and filters, otherwise it will damage the normal use of the pump.
