Product operation and use

1. Press the power start button on the electrical control board, turn on the power, and the fluorescent lights in the air shower room will light up.

2. When personnel enter the air shower room, the fan starts to blow air, and the person who is being rained on can enter the room and close the front and rear doors to start the air shower. After a certain period of time, the time relay cuts off the power supply of the fan and stops the air supply. If the power outage is out of control, the air shower personnel will press the indoor power stop button after completing the air shower to cut off the power.

3. If someone continues to be exposed to the wind, there is no need to press the indoor power stop button after the previous person has been exposed to the wind; Before entering the air shower, the next person can enter the room for air shower by pressing the air supply control button.

4. The front and rear doors of the air shower room must not be opened simultaneously to prevent non purified air from polluting the purification work area.

Product maintenance:

1. If the surface of the pre filter in the air shower room turns black and contains a lot of dust, the resistance increases. You can remove the non-woven fabric inside the pre filter for cleaning or replace it.

2. The control time of this product's time relay has been adjusted and set before leaving the factory. If you need to readjust the delay time, simply adjust the time of the relay to obtain different required air shower times.

3. Ningxin Company suggests that you regularly inspect the electrical circuits of the air shower room to ensure the normal operation of the product.
