Simple upward pressure plate rolling machine

The structure of the machine is a three roll symmetrical type. The upper roller performs vertical lifting and lowering motion at a symmetrical position between the two lower rollers, which is obtained through worm gears and worms. The two lower rollers perform rotational motion, and the output gear of the reducer meshes with the lower roller gear to achieve the walking of the sheet metal. When the downward pressure of the upper roller exceeds the yield limit of the material, it causes the rolled material to deform, and the deformation process is shown in the following figure:
