1: Leakage alarm

During the use of laboratory instruments, it is inevitable to replace them and encounter situations such as pipeline leakage. If leakage occurs in the system and is not dealt with in a timely manner, it can affect the accuracy of experimental data and cause significant losses due to damage to equipment circuit boards. When there is a leak in the pipeline, the D150 ion chromatograph leak detector detects the liquid and displays a red prompt sign on the computer and touch screen, and emits an alarm sound to remind in a timely manner. 2: Automatic range

The D150 ion chromatograph operation does not require setting the range, making it easy to simultaneously measure samples with concentrations ranging from 100ppm to 100ppm. The signal is displayed as a digital signal in μ S/cm.

3: Gas liquid separator

In ion chromatography systems, the presence of bubbles in the eluent can increase baseline noise, and in severe cases, it can cause a decrease in analytical sensitivity. It can also lead to oxidation of certain components in the sample or degradation of the stationary phase in the column, thereby altering the separation performance of the column. The D150 ion chromatograph is equipped with a micro gas-liquid separator in the pipeline between the infusion pump and the end of the eluent bottle, which can separate the bubbles in the eluent.

4: Timed startup preheating saves you more time

Before the formal injection analysis of chromatographic instruments, the chromatographic system needs to be equilibrated. It usually takes about 1 hour for an ion chromatograph to equilibrate the system from startup to injection analysis. In order to save users time, the D150 ion chromatograph has introduced a timed startup function. Users can prepare the rinsing solution (or rinse the generator with pure water), set the instrument's startup and operation time in advance (set to 24 hours), complete the startup operation, and set all parameters.

5: Intelligent maintenance

The instrument software is set to "intelligent maintenance", and the instrument can switch the flow path to pure water, turn on the pump, set the flow rate to 0.5, and stop the pump after running for 1 hour.

6: Mobile APP

The mobile app has a user-friendly interface and is easy to operate. APP monitoring: Put the device in your pocket and open your phone to view and control on-site devices no matter where you are. The mobile app can remotely control the on/off of instruments and observe their operational performance parameters.

7: Intelligent large screen

The large screen displays the operating parameters and status of the instrument, making it easy for operators to view the equipment status on site and complete operations such as instrument on/off and maintenance.
