The currently used horizontal vibrating fluidized bed dryer has a shape and basic structure that is very similar to ordinary horizontal fluidized bed dryers. The difference is that the entire body of the vibrating fluidized bed is supported on the base by springs, the porous plate is slightly inclined towards the discharge end, and one or both sides of the body are equipped with vibration motors. The material is fluidized by the dual action of mechanical vibration and perforated airflow, and moves forward under the action of vibration.
The machine generates excitation force by the vibration motor throwing, and the material jumps forward under the action of the excitation force in a given direction. At the same time, the hot air input under the bed makes the material in a fluidized state, and the material particles fully contact with the hot air, thus achieving the ideal effect. The material enters the machine through the feeding port, and under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown forward continuously in the horizontal direction. The hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with the wet material. The wet air is removed by the cyclone separator and discharged through the exhaust outlet, while the dry material is discharged through the exhaust outlet.
1. The object is uniformly heated, with sufficient heat exchange and high drying strength, saving 30% -50% energy compared to ordinary dryers;
2. The vibration source is driven by a vibration motor, which has balanced operation, easy maintenance, low noise, and long service life;
3. Uniform fluidization, no dead gaps or blow through phenomena, can obtain uniformly dried, cooled, and humidified products;
4. Good adjustability, adaptable to a wide surface, capable of achieving stepless adjustment of material layer thickness, movement speed within the machine, and full amplitude changes;
5. Small damage to the surface of the material, suitable for drying fragile materials, and does not affect the working effect even when the material particles are irregular;
6. Adopting a fully enclosed structure effectively prevents cross infection between materials and the outside air, ensuring a clean working environment;
7. Vibration helps to disperse materials. If appropriate vibration parameters are selected, materials that are prone to agglomeration or generate channeling in ordinary fluidized beds can be smoothly fluidized and dried;
8. Due to the absence of intense backmixing, the airflow velocity is lower compared to ordinary fluidized beds, resulting in less damage to material particles. During the drying process, it is required not to damage the crystal form or to use materials with specific requirements for particle surface luminosity.
9. The product has good uniformity, fluidity, and solubility, and the higher the purity of the product, the better the quality.
10. The production process is simplified and the operation control is convenient. For liquids with a moisture content of 40-60% (up to 90% for special materials), they can be dried into powder products in one go without the need for crushing and screening, reducing production processes and improving product purity. The particle size, bulk density, and moisture content of the product can be adjusted within a certain range by changing the operating conditions, making control and management very convenient.
