The installation site for the unit must be a floor and installation pad, with a levelness within 6.4mm, and able to withstand the operating weight of the unit. During the installation of the chiller, check if the machine is damaged and choose a suitable location for installation and future maintenance. The unit should be placed in a room temperature of 4.4-43.3 ℃, and there should be sufficient space around and above the unit for daily maintenance work. At one end of the unit, there should be space for cleaning the condenser tube bundle, and door openings or other suitable openings can also be used. Choose water pipes of appropriate diameter, and connect the cooling system and cold water system correctly during high-power operation of the unit. For ordinary applications, the water flow velocity through the evaporator and condenser is allowed to be between 1 and 3.6 m/s. Under any load conditions, the water flow rate should remain stable. The design and installation of all chilled water and cooling water pipelines should be carried out according to conventional methods, and the chilled water pump should be located on the inlet pipe of the unit to ensure positive pressure and flow inside the unit. Vibration reduction pipes should be installed during piping to ensure appropriate elasticity, and to prevent the water in the evaporator from being discharged when the water pump stops. The pipeline should have a sturdy support independent of the chiller unit to avoid stress on the components of the chiller unit. The installation of hangers should facilitate the alignment of pipelines. To reduce noise and vibration, it is advisable to install vibration isolators on the pipeline. In order to use the chiller unit economically and effectively, it is recommended to ask the water treatment department to analyze the water quality of the evaporator and condenser supply. Poor water quality can cause scale buildup, affect heat transfer, or produce corrosion and sedimentation, breed organic matter, affect the performance of the unit, and increase operating and maintenance costs. Please install a filter at the inlet of the water pipe and clean it regularly. Generally speaking, proper water treatment and regular cleaning of the tube bundle can maintain its good performance. If the existing water quality conditions cannot be improved by appropriate methods, it is necessary to consider allowing the tube bundle to have a large fouling coefficient or specialized structural materials. Generally speaking, sensors can be located on the barrel in front of the filter screen, in front and behind the melt pump, or in the mold. Before cleaning the extruder barrel with a wire brush or special compound, all sensors should be removed. Because both cleaning methods may cause damage to the sensor's diaphragm. When the barrel is heated, the sensor should also be disassembled and the top should be wiped with a soft cloth that will not cause wear. At the same time, the holes of the sensor need to be cleaned with a clean drilling machine and guide sleeve. Although the circuit design of sensors can withstand harsh extrusion processing environments, most sensors are not waterproof and are not conducive to normal operation in humid environments. The evaporator is mainly composed of two parts: the heating chamber and the evaporation chamber. The heating chamber provides the heat required for evaporation to the liquid, promoting boiling and vaporization of the liquid; The evaporation chamber separates the gas and liquid phases.
