2、 Equipment working principle(How the equipment works):
The power of the motor is reduced by a triangular pulley and transmitted to the main gearbox. The power is distributed through various transmission components inside the gearbox and transmitted to the left and right screws of each granulation machine. The raw materials are added through the feeding port, and the materials are squeezed by the left and right screws of the granulation machine. The materials are forced to press the front granulation template with a certain mixing effect. After being squeezed into the main extruder cavity, the materials are forced outward by the special shaped blades of the main propeller and squeezed into the gap between the blades and the granulation template. After being squeezed, the materials are discharged outward from the granulation template,(After passing through the external granulation template, the cutting blade uniformly cuts the material to a fixed length.)Produce qualified finished products.

3、 Machine features(Machine characteristics):
Screw extrusion granulators are divided into single screw and twin-screw types, with two extrusion forms: front discharge and side discharge. Wet materials or materials with low softening points (generally less than 50 ℃) that have been mixed and kneaded are extruded from the die opening template under the action of screw conveying and squeezing, and then dried or cooled to achieve the goal of changing powdered products into uniform granular products. The particle shape is cylindrical, and the diameter of the finished particles can be adjusted and controlled by the opening diameter of the template.Screw extruder granulator is divided into single screw type and twin screw type. Pre discharge characteristics: This machine is suitable for granulation of materials with good fluidity and no heat sensitivity. The particles are compact, the yield is high, and the product particles are large. Water cooling system and cutting system can be added. Front discharge characteristics: This machine is suitable for granulating materials with good fluidity and no heat sensitivity. The particles are compact, the output is high, and the product particles are larger, and the water cooling system and the pelletizing system can be added.
Side discharge characteristics: This machine can be selected for specific situations where the front discharge machine cannot pelletize. Compared with the front discharge machine, the product particles are smaller and the production capacity is higher. Side-discharge characteristics: This machine can choose the side-discharge model for the specific situation where the front-discharge model cannot pelletize. Compared with the front-discharge model, the product has smaller particles and higher production capacity.
