The salt air-cooled crusher utilizes the relative motion between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc to crush the crushed material through tooth impact, friction, and material impact with each other. Designed according to the "GMP" standard, all made of stainless steel material, and equipped with water-cooled jackets for the 30B, 40B, and 60B crushing chambers. This machine has a simple structure, high output, and is easy to clean, making it currently the ideal crushing equipment for Z.

The salt air-cooled crusher is widely used for material crushing in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals.
Features:
Indoor use of wind turbine high-speed rotating blades, with a large air volume inside the machine cavity, making it less prone to heating. It has the advantages of smooth operation, easy disassembly and cleaning, low noise, and good crushing effect.
Working principle:
We use a wind turbine high-speed rotating knife and a fixed knife for impact, shear and grinding. During the crushing process, a strong airflow is generated inside the chamber, which flows the heat from the crushing chamber and the finished product out of the sieve. The particle size is obtained by replacing the sieve.
