SLM500 Metal 3D Printer

The universal laser melting equipment SLM 500 has become a high-performance device due to its large production space and four laser technology. The extremely rich infrastructure and wide range of configuration options enable application-oriented device configuration. As the core component of SLM 500, the device adopts a multi laser system with advanced technology. With dual laser (2 × 400W or 2 × 700W) and optional four laser (4 × 400W or 4 × 700W) optical configurations, this equipment is specifically designed for the production field.

The device is equipped with fully automated powder management between the SLM 500 equipment and the powder screening station (PSX). Continuously screening metal powder and supplying it to the processing, thus eliminating the time-consuming manual refilling of equipment. Through an independent splitting station (PRS), tasks such as cylinder cleaning and component picking can be efficiently performed. At the same time, during the process of cleaning the forming cylinder, the spare forming cylinder can be directly used to start subsequent printing tasks, shortening the batch printing time.

Use software Magics RP and module Support Generator, SG+, and slicing software SLM Build Processor to process and generate machining files. Downloadable and editable data formats used in professional fields.

In addition, real-time monitoring of the equipment processing process can be achieved through various monitoring systems to ensure product printing quality.
