SLM280 Metal 3D Printer

The selective laser melting equipment SLM 280 2.0 has a processing size of 280 × 280 × 365 mm ³ and provides multi laser technology. It can process metal parts in one go based on traditional batch production CAD data and personalized parameter settings.

SLM 280 2.0 offers different configurations. In addition to using 400W or 700W single laser configurations, dual laser (1 × 700W+1 × 1000W) or dual parallel laser (2 × 400W+2 × 700W) configurations can also be optionally selected.

The new system provides a powder supply capacity of (40L) powder tank plus two powder supply bottles (each 5L), ensuring uninterrupted printing during the machining process of parts (with an excess factor of 1.6). The size and placement of the overflow bottle have been upgraded, greatly improving the user experience.

The entire processing process is carried out in an inert gas protected environment, and the circulation of inert gas is not only safe and effective, but also significantly reduces gas consumption. By effectively removing waste smoke and dust from the processing chamber, the deep optimization of the processing technology can be achieved. Ensure a constant airflow condition on the forming surface while effectively reducing the pollution of smoke and dust on the laser protective lens.
