SLM125 Metal 3D Printer

The bidirectional powder spreading technology has achieved a faster molding speed among similar equipment, while the gas circulation filtration technology has not only been obtained, but also presented the design concept of safe operation. Inert airflow can achieve ideal process characteristics even when adjusted to low consumption levels.

SLM 125 can be optionally equipped with fully open software for reading CAD/STL data or slice data, allowing users to customize machining parameters according to their needs and achieve personalized machining. Printing materials can be selected from stainless steel, tool steel, cobalt chromium alloy, nickel based alloy, aluminum alloy, titanium and its alloys, etc. The compact structure of the equipment and a small amount of powder transfer components ensure fast and convenient powder exchange. In addition, a large number of optional and extended functions enable the system to adapt to the personalized needs of various customers.

The PSM powder screening equipment can achieve good compatibility with SLM 125. During the powder screening process, large particles of powder will be screened out and separated into a storage bottle. The reusable powder within the particle range will be transferred to a storage container and can be directly reused.
