SF-TOPI high-precision Leeb hardness tester
manyFunction - Beautiful appearance, color screen display, long standby time, dual hardness display, random printing ...
Product Introduction
The SF-TOPI high-precision Leeb hardness tester is designed based on the Leeb hardness principle, and the standard configuration uses a D-type high-precision impact device, which can perform high-precision testing on various metal materials; Design basis standard: Technical Conditions for Leeb Hardness Tester JB/T 9378-2001. Compliant with international standards and the "Technical Conditions for Leeb Hardness Tester ZBN7l 010-90" issued by the Ministry of Machinery Industry, the "Metallic Leeb Hardness Test Method GB/T 17394-199" issued by the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, and the Leeb Hardness Tester Standard JB/T9378-2001, American ASTM A956 and other standards.
Measuring materials: Steel and cast steel, alloy tool steel, stainless steel, gray cast iron, ductile iron, cast aluminum alloy, copper zinc alloy (brass), copper tin alloy (bronze), pure copperforged steelAnd hardness measurement of custom materials.
Unique features:
Compatible with domestic market/Foreign conversion table, dual system operation between Chinese and English, more accurate Brinell measurement.
Main purpose:
The machining industry is particularly suitable for on-site hardness testing of large components and non removable parts
● Hardness of installed mechanical or sexual assembly components
● Mold cavity hardness
● Hardness of heavy-duty workpieces
Failure analysis of pressure vessels, steam turbine generators and their equipment
Workpiece hardness with a very small experimental space
● Hardness of bearings and other components
Material differentiation in metal material warehouses
Rapid inspection of multiple measurement points on a large scale of large workpieces

Features
LCD screen dual display:Can simultaneously display the corresponding hardness values of Leeb and other standards;
Plug and play probe:Can manually set and automatically recognize the impact device function, convenient for use in special situations (such as 2-wire probes);
Built in large capacity lithium-ion rechargeable batteryAnd charging control circuit;Can work continuously for no less than 150 hours; It has energy-saving functions such as automatic sleep mode and automatic shutdown; Leeb and other hardness can be displayed simultaneously
Convenient switching of all hardness standards (HL, HB, HRB, HRC, HRA, HV, HS), parallel conversion of various hardness measurement values;
large screen(320×240)、true colorTFT LCD display screen, with vivid and rich content, clear and intuitive information;
WOINDOWS interface styleFull Chinese display, user-friendly menu style operation, simple and convenient; The LCD brightness can be adjusted freely, making it convenient to use in dimly lit environments; WINDOWS interface operation is more intuitive
Add "Steel" materialWhen using a D/DC impact device to test "forged steel" specimens, the HB value can be directly read without the need for manual table lookup.
A host can be equipped with D, DL, G, C, DC, E, D+15 impact devices, which can automatically identify the type of impact device in real-time. No need to recalibrate when replacing;
Large capacity data storage:Can store large600 sets(Impact frequency 32-1) Hardness measurement data, including single measurement value, average value, measurement date, impact direction, frequency, material, hardness system and other information;
Pre set upper and lower limits, as well as over limit alarms, to facilitate batch testing by users;
Streamlined shellCompact, portable, highly reliable, suitable for harsh operating environments, resistant to vibration, impact, and electromagnetic interference;
Reasonable support structure design, convenient for on-site operation and printing;
The integrated design of the host and thermal printer ensures quiet operation, fast printing speed, and on-site printing of inspection reports;
Remaining battery indicator icon, charging process indicator, allowing you to check the charging level at any time;
It can be equipped with powerful microcomputer software, which has rich functions such as transmitting measurement results, storing and managing measurement values, statistical analysis of measurement values, printing measurement reports, etc., to meet the higher requirements of quality assurance activities and management;
The hardness measurement of special materials can be calibrated and tested using user materials.
