A computer-based relay protection testing system professionally developed and produced according to the actual needs of a wide range of users. SDJB-6000A Six Phase Microcomputer Relay Protection Tester
It can be used to test various traditional relays and protection devices, as well as various modern microcomputer protections, especially for transformer differential protection and backup automatic switching devices, making testing more convenient. This microcomputer relay protection tester can simultaneously output standard six phase current and six phase voltage, with a current of 30A/phase and a voltage of 125V/phase. The parallel connection of six phase current can reach 180A.
Simultaneously outputting six phase current and six phase voltage, it can complete three-phase differential and backup automatic switching tests.
High performance industrial control computer, 10.4 "large screen color LCD display, embedded ultra-thin industrial keyboard, pre installed Windows operating system, can be connected to external laptops or desktops.
The testing software can automatically complete tests such as differential protection, line protection, reclosing, low cycle, synchronization, harmonics, backup automatic switching, oscillation, fault reproduction, etc. It can also be connected to GPS for longitudinal protection tests.
It can store test data in real-time, display test graphs, and automatically generate test reports.
Equipped with multiple USB interfaces for convenient data access and software maintenance.

Functional features:
1. This microcomputer relay protection testing system can simultaneously output standard six phase current and six phase voltage, which is compatible with traditional relay and protection device testing, as well as convenient for transformer differential testing and backup automatic switching testing.

3. Single machine independent operation, built-in high-performance industrial computer, with a main frequency of 300-600MHz, 512MB of memory, 4-12GB of hard disk, running Windows XP operating system.
4. The main control board adopts DSP FPGA structure and 16 bit DAC output, which can generate high-density sine waves of 2000 points per week for the base wave, greatly improving the quality of the waveform and enhancing the accuracy of the tester.
5. The power amplifier adopts high fidelity linear power amplifier, which ensures the accuracy of small current and the stability of large current.
