Product Usage: This product is mainly used for testing the IP5X and IP6X levels specified in the shell protection level standards. It is suitable for conducting dust and dust resistance tests on various automotive components, including car lights, instruments, electrical dust covers, steering systems, door locks, etc., as well as testing the product's sealing performance. This environmental testing equipment has a reasonable design, simple operation, easy maintenance, and all indicators meet national standards.

1、 Product specifications and models

2、 Box structure:
1. The shell is processed and formed using A3 steel plate CNC machine tools, and the surface of the shell is treated with anti-static spray coating, making it more smooth and beautiful;
2. The inner liner is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate;
3. Visible glass door for easy observation of the condition of the tested sample inside the test chamber;
4. The bottom of the test chamber adopts high-quality fixed PU movable wheels;

1. Use a pipeline wrapped mica heating ring to ensure safe and stable heat dissipation;

1. The main controller of the device adopts a 7.0-inch touch screen program to control the display screen, and displays the working time in full Chinese;
2. Equipped with vacuum actuators, Schneider actuators;
3. The fan time automatically alternates;
4. The vibration and stop vibration time automatically alternate;
5. Control the fan, dust vibration, and total test time separately;
6. This controller has the following arbitrary setting control functions
a. Stop and blow time: continuous or periodic, choose any time setting
b. Vibration time: The vibration and stop vibration times automatically alternate, with adjustable vibration times of 99 minutes and 59 seconds
c. Pre set test time: The maximum test time is 99 hours and 59 minutes
d. Power on: off on off
7. Non fuse protection switch, over temperature, overload, leakage, fully sheathed terminal block, with protection such as automatic shutdown;

3. The operating environment requires good indoor ventilation, and no objects should be placed 80 centimeters in front, back, left, right, or right of the machine;
