1、 Scope of application and performance characteristics

JXCD10 Rice Freshness Tester is an instrument used to measure the freshness of rice. Grind the rice to be tested into rice, add the reagent - freshness tester to the rice sample, shake and mix it, and centrifuge it. After instrument detection, the freshness value of the sample is displayed. This instrument is mainly used for evaluating the freshness of rice in grain depots, rice processing enterprises, grain quality inspection centers, etc. Currently, it is not suitable for testing commercial rice.

3、 Working principle and equipment structure

The working principle of the rice freshness tester is based on the amount of aldehydes and ketones produced during the aging process of the rice sample. The freshness of the rice sample is determined by detecting the color change of the mixed solution after the reaction between the sample and the freshness tester.

The rice freshness tester consists of a main unit, a sample pre-processing device, and a freshness measuring agent.

The mainframe of the rice freshness tester is used to detect the tested solution after oscillation and centrifugation, and visually display the detection value of the freshness of rice. Freshness value data can be directly viewed, output, or printed. The appearance of the main unit of the rice freshness tester is shown in Figure 1.
