Respirator filters are designed and manufactured specifically for sterilization purposes during gas exchange in the pharmaceutical and food industries, such as tanks. The ventilation ports of the material tank and storage tank are isolated by this filter, and the gas inside the tank can be discharged smoothly, while microorganisms and particles outside the tank will not enter the tank. The filter is designed and manufactured according to GMP standards. The filter element uses hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene membrane with a filtration accuracy of 0.01um, achieving 99.9999% filtration of various bacteria and bacteriophages. This filter can be used for bubble point detection and online steam disinfection.
