Overview:
ZY seriesResistance rotary level switchWidely used in modern industrial production processes and warehousing departments. Used for level monitoring or control of powdered and granular materials in open containers. Compared with the old-fashioned products currently produced domestically, its performance has many advantages such as advanced technology, reasonable structure, reliable performance, convenient use and maintenance, and high cost performance (taking high-temperature models as an example, the price is less than one-third of imported products).
□ Characteristics:
1. The main exposed components are made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, which have the characteristics of corrosion resistance, no pollution, moisture resistance, dust prevention, etc. They can be used in harsh environments such as food equipment or high dust;
2. The mechanical overload protection device is adopted, which can effectively avoid damage to the motor and reducer caused by improper use or abnormal external forces;
3. To adapt to the different densities of various materials, users can choose to test the shape and specifications of the blades. For the convenience of users, the movement is also equipped with a five level sensitivity adjustment device.

□ Ordering Notice:
Material level controller is mainly used for detecting and controlling non permeable powder and granular materials in open containers, and is not suitable for testing in pressurized closed containers and materials with permeable environments. When making a purchase, the following points should be noted:
The installation method can be side mounted or vertical mounted. When installing vertically with a high range, please choose the ZXK - * D type. Users can order extended soft sleeves according to the measurement depth (suitable for ranges above 1 meter);
The blade specifications are usually matched according to the specific gravity of sandstone materials when leaving the factory. If the specific gravity of the tested medium is light, larger blades should be used (please specify when ordering);
When the temperature of the tested medium is between 80-300 ℃, please choose ZYK-1R (or 2R) type (please specify when ordering);
For environments with explosive dust (such as flour processing and storage), please choose the ZXK - * B type (with the same installation method as above).
