ZY-3051GP remote pressure transmitter is a device installed on a pipeline or container to sense the measured pressure. The pressure is transmitted to the transmitter body through a capillary filled with silicone oil (or other liquid), and then converted to 4-20mA by the delta chamber and amplification circuit board inside the transmitter body DC signal output (see schematic diagram). The TS-3051GP remote pressure transmitter can be combined with an intelligent amplification board to form an intelligent remote pressure transmitter. When paired with a handheld device that complies with the HART protocol, it can communicate with each other for setting and monitoring. In order to meet different installation requirements, this series of transmitters has multiple forms of remote transmission devices for users to choose from, and the main structure of the transmitter is the same as that of a pressure transmitter. |

Remote transmitters are mainly used for measurement in the following situations |

Viscous medium at high temperature Easily crystallizable medium Settling media with solid particles or suspended solids Strong corrosive or highly toxic media Can eliminate the occurrence of pressure pipe leakage and pollution of the surrounding environment; It can avoid the tedious work of frequently replenishing isolation fluid due to the instability of measurement signals when using isolation fluid. Continuous and precise measurement of interface and density The remote transmission device can avoid the mixing of different instantaneous media, thus enabling the measurement results to truly reflect the actual situation of process changes. Places with high hygiene and cleanliness requirements In the production of food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, not only is it required that the contact area of the transmitter with the medium meet hygiene standards, but it should also be easy to rinse to prevent cross contamination of different batches of media. |

Simulate "online operation" assessment for each transmitter to ensure stable and reliable operation under extreme environmental temperature, medium temperature, and working pressure (including positive pressure or vacuum). Adopting a "dynamic profile" remote transmission membrane structure, the membrane will not be damaged after overload; The accuracy will not change after long-term work. The use of a full fusion welding and rigid sealing structure filling system has eliminated the occurrence of oil leakage. A novel capillary coupling component is designed to provide reliable protection for the capillary, making it less prone to breakage during on-site use. Selection of remote pressure transmitter |
|
|
| Remote transmission transmitter is a variant product that adds a remote transmission device to the transmitter body, so its selection work can be carried out in two steps: first, determine the type (DP), measurement range, and structural materials of the transmitter body, and then determine the type and size of the remote transmission device according to the installation requirements on site. Due to the close relationship between the various parameters that make up the filling system (such as the working temperature, viscosity, and capillary length of the filling fluid) and the performance indicators of the transmitter, they are included in the selection category of the transmitter body and are not separately listed for selection. |
