The regional monitoring and early warning traceability analysis system adopts the method of unit park and regional management, establishes a "horizontal to the edge, vertical to the bottom" regional early warning and monitoring platform, applies and integrates multiple smart environmental protection technologies, and develops based on comprehensive understanding and analysis of pollution source emissions and meteorological factors, using Kriging algorithm model, Gaussian plume algorithm model, and CALPUFF diffusion model. Real time statistics of monitoring equipment data in various regions and monitoring points, and analysis and speculation of the overall emission situation in the region based on the emission situation and meteorological conditions of each monitoring point. Realize the overall monitoring of VOCs emission areas, calculate pollutant diffusion trends, and analyze emission sources. At the same time, integrate, share, and develop technologies such as the Internet of Things, intelligent collection systems, geographic information systems, and dynamic chart systems to establish a comprehensive, refined, information-based, and intelligent online monitoring platform for regional pollution sources. This enables comprehensive management of controlling unorganized emissions from pollution sources, reducing atmospheric pollution, and providing reliable data information and scientific auxiliary management decisions for formulating energy-saving and emission reduction plans.

This system adopts regional monitoring and real-time multi-scale traceability analysis technology, which can achieve high spatiotemporal resolution (minutes, 50 meters) monitoring, warning, and traceability analysis, quickly find pollution sources, record pollution source emission data in real time, calculate equivalent emissions, achieve rapid warning and forecasting of excessive emissions, and quickly locate key emission sources.
