Product Introduction:
HM-ZM rapid film transfer instrument is a fast and efficient WB film transfer equipment. Based on an innovative film transfer method, it combines the advantages of wet transfer and semi dry transfer, and combines the stability of wet transfer and the efficiency of semi dry transfer. It solves the problems of current leakage on the wet transfer side, insufficient buffer solution volume, continuous decrease in buffer solution ion concentration, and rapid attenuation of buffer capacity from the principle of physical force. It can maintain constant pressure and current during film transfer, thus ensuring maximum film transfer efficiency while maintaining film transfer rate. On the basis of membrane transfer, it is combined with Coomassie brilliant blue SDS-PAGE polyacrylamide gel dyeing. Compared with simple manual shaking table dyeing, it is fast and efficient, and can complete dyeing and decoloring in 5 minutes.
Innovative film transfer method:
Traditional semi dry spinning and wet spinning have their own advantages and disadvantages. Proteins below 100KD are suitable for semi dry rotation, and the semi dry rotation rate is fast. Because the current generated by semi dry spinning does not leak and is entirely between the filter papers, the efficiency and speed of spinning are relatively high. However, the disadvantage is that the effective ion concentration decays quickly and may be exhausted in a few minutes. At this time, the large protein has not yet been able to spin, and coupled with the high heat generation, it may burn out. On the contrary, wet conversion results in less effective current, which is not entirely between the filter papers and leaks from the buffer solution side. Therefore, the conversion efficiency is low and the speed is slow. However, the effective ion concentration is high and can be converted for a long time, making it suitable for the conversion of large molecular proteins above 100KD. Unlike traditional semi dry and wet spinning, the M-Blot rapid film transfer instrument uses a semi dry spinning structure to improve the film transfer efficiency. At the same time, it continuously pumps the film transfer liquid into the sandwich structured filter paper to supplement effective ions, so that their concentration is in dynamic equilibrium. Therefore, it can effectively improve the film transfer efficiency while ensuring the speed of film transfer.
