Overview

Overview: The three-phase rail type electric energy meter is a new generation of miniature electric energy meters developed by our company based on years of experience in electric meter design. It is a multifunctional power instrument with programmable measurement, display, digital communication, and functions such as electric energy pulse and transmission output. It can complete electricity measurement, electric energy measurement, data display, acquisition, and transmission, and can set parameters such as clock and rate periods. It is widely used in substation automation, distribution automation, intelligent buildings, and internal electric energy measurement, management, and assessment of enterprises. The measurement includes U, I, P, Q, F, PF, WH, Varh or some parameters. The large screen LCD screen displays various measurement parameters in pagination. The remote RS-485 digital communication interface adopts DL/T645-2007 protocol and supports MODBUS-RTU communication protocol. It realizes data exchange with the upper computer, greatly facilitating the automation management of electricity consumption. This electric energy meter has the advantages of small size, high accuracy, good reliability, and easy installation. Its performance indicators meet the technical requirements of international GB/T17215, GB/T17883, and DL/T614 standards for electric energy meters in the power industry.

Product Details

1. The three-phase rail meter can measure active energy in both forward and reverse directions, as well as input and output reactive energy. It can also measure the voltage, current, total active power, reactive power, power factor, and grid frequency of phases A, B, and C. It also has the function of recording maximum demand; Accumulate and store based on active and reactive power, as well as positive and negative total, peak, flat, and valley respectively (only high-end models have the function of multiple rate).

2. The clock error is within 0.5S/day, and it has automatic switching functions for calendar, timing, and leap year.

3. Programmable setting of two time zones per year, two time slot tables, 8 daily time slots, and four rates: peak, off peak, flat, and valley. The minimum interval between time slots is 15 minutes.

4. It has data wheel display and data key display functions, and can query voltage, current, power factor, frequency, active power, reactive power, forward and reverse active energy, and forward and reverse reactive energy through the buttons on the panel. If no button is pressed within 8 seconds, the wheel display state will automatically switch, and the wheel display time is 4 seconds.

5. Optional display of the maximum demand for U, I, P, Q, as well as the peak, off peak, and valley total amount of reactive energy in both directions.

6. Reactive power pulse output, used for meter calibration and remote power collection. Passive optoelectronic isolation output port, pulse width: 80ms ± 20ms.
