The tubular water level gauge consists of an upper valve (steam valve), a lower valve (water valve), a body, a drain valve, a balance pipe, etc.
The upper valve and lower valve are a quick combination valve. In addition to manual quick full opening and full closing, each valve body has a safety valve seat and a safety ball inside. When the quartz tube suddenly bursts, the safety steel ball is pushed towards the safety seat at high speed under the impact of high-pressure steam water, automatically closing the upper and lower passages of the valve body until the quick valve (upper valve and lower valve) is manually closed. The reset of the safety ball is achieved through the balance tube to achieve pressure balance, relying on the weight of the safety ball, so there will be no adverse phenomena such as false water level.
