The QW (WQ) type non clogging submersible sewage pump is a new generation of pump product developed by our company based on the introduction of technology and combined with the characteristics of domestic water pump usage. It has the features of energy saving, anti entanglement, non clogging, automatic installation and automatic control, and is effective in discharging solid particles and long fiber garbage. The hydraulic performance and maturity of this series of sewage pumps have been tested, and all indicators meet the relevant design requirements.

1、 QW (WQ) submersible sewage pump product features:

1. Adopting a large flow channel anti clogging hydraulic component design, it greatly improves the ability of pollutants to pass through, and can effectively pass through 5 times the fiber material of the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.

2. Reasonable design, high efficiency, and energy saving.

3. Adopting a dual channel series mechanical seal, the material is hard and corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide, which is durable and wear-resistant, and can ensure the safe and continuous operation of the pump for more than 8000 hours.

4. Compact structure, small volume, easy to move, simple installation, no need to build a pump room, reducing project costs.

5. There is an oil-water probe installed in the oil chamber to protect the pump.

6. It can be equipped with a fully automatic safety protection control cabinet to monitor the leakage, electric leakage, overload, and overheating of the pump, ensuring reliable and safe operation of the pump.

7. The float switch can automatically control the stop and start of the pump according to the required water level changes, without the need for a dedicated person to supervise.

8. The motor can adopt a water jacket external circulation cooling system to ensure the safe operation of the electric pump in a dry state without water.

9. The dual rail automatic coupling installation system brings great convenience to the installation and maintenance of pumps, and people do not need to enter the sewage pit for this.

10. There are two installation methods: fixed automatic coupling installation and mobile free installation, which can meet different usage scenarios.
