QGF series drying ultrafine grinder
Main purpose:
The drying ultrafine crusher is a self-developed ultrafine crusher by our company that integrates crushing, airflow drying, and grading. It can dry and crush different materials such as block, sheet, gel, paste, and viscous materials in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and dye industries.
Working Principle:
After the material is loosened by the feeding mechanism, it is fed into the machine by the double helix feeding mechanism. On the one hand, the material is crushed by the high-speed rotating crushing device, and on the other hand, it is dried by the hot air entering from below the crushing device. Under the action of the set hot air, the material with particles reaching the standard fineness enters the recycling aggregate device through the grading wheel, while the coarser material falls back to the crushing chamber for further drying and crushing. After being classified by high-precision impellers, the particles of the product are uniform and adjustable. The fineness of the product can reach 5 μ m, and the heat exchange can reach 2000-9000W/m3.
