Product Overview:
High pressure butt welded ball valves are mainly suitable for cutting off or connecting pipeline media in various systems of thermal power plants. Applicable media: non corrosive media such as water and steam. The characteristic of high-pressure butt welded ball valves compared to other valve products is their self sealing design, where the higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal. Due to its unique performance, technical characteristics, and working conditions, the product has also developed unique features that cannot be replaced by other products.

Working principle of high-pressure butt welded ball valve:
High pressure butt welded ball valves have strong adaptability to changes in pressure and temperature due to the fact that the valve seat is composed of carbon fiber reinforced PTFE sealing rings and disc springs, and will not produce any leakage within the marked pressure and temperature range. The machining process of the sphere is tracked and detected by a computer detector, so the machining accuracy of the sphere is high. Due to the fact that the valve body material is the same as the pipeline material, there will be no uneven stress or deformation caused by vehicles passing over the ground, and the pipeline is resistant to aging. The sealing ring body is made of RPTFE material with a carbon content of 20%, ensuring no leakage (0%).

High pressure butt welded ball valve product features:
1. All components of this product are forgings.
2. Adopting a bottom mounted valve stem with a reverse sealing structure to ensure reliable sealing at the packing and prevent the valve stem from coming out.
3. Adopting an embedded valve seat. Set an O-ring behind the valve seat to ensure that the medium does not leak out.

2. Applicable temperature range: -20~232 ℃~350 ℃
3. Applicable media: water, oil, gas, and certain corrosive liquids (WOG)
