1、 Working principle:


1. Reverse osmosis technology relies on pressure greater than the osmotic pressure to complete the filtration process through the capillary action of the membrane. The RO series reverse osmosis water treatment machine is made using the universal reverse osmosis process principle and is a multi-stage filtration pure water equipment. The raw water should be drinking water that meets the GB5745 standard.


The reverse osmosis technology treatment process includes three parts: pre-treatment process, membrane module connection process, and post-treatment process.


3. Pre treatment process, also known as pre-treatment process: Its purpose is to improve the water quality of the treated water, prevent pollutants in the water from contaminating the membrane, extend the service life of the membrane, and reduce equipment operating costs.


4. Connection method of membrane components: It is often divided into first stage and second stage connections. The first stage refers to the membrane separation of the feed after one pressurization, while the second stage refers to the membrane separation of the feed after a second pressurization.


5. Post treatment process: Membrane permeate water, also known as fresh water, is the effluent that passes through a reverse osmosis membrane after being pressurized. Since the membrane cannot intercept all inorganic substances, there must still be some ions and gases in the permeate water, such as Na+, HCO3, CO2, etc. If used for high-purity water, further processes such as ion exchange, degassing tower, ultraviolet radiation, etc. should be used as post-treatment for the permeate water.


6. Reverse osmosis is widely used for desalination of seawater or brackish water, preparation of purified water in the food and pharmaceutical industries, hemodialysis, electronics industry, etc. due to its high desalination rate, ability to remove endotoxins and other organic substances simultaneously, and low operating costs. It is particularly suitable for industries that require both desalination and particle removal.




2、 Product features:


a) The equipment operates fully automatically, mainly including:


1) The water source is cut off, the pre-treatment is blocked, the equipment automatically shuts down, and an audible and visual alarm is issued.


2) The equipment is equipped with an automatic backwash device, which does not require personnel operation.


3) When the pressure of the dialysis pipeline is lower than the set pressure of 0.2Mpa, the equipment automatically produces water; When the pressure of the dialysis pipeline reaches the set pressure of 0.4Mpa, the equipment automatically stops (i.e. dialysis ends).


b) The system adopts an optimized design combination, and the front stage water tank can recover the second stage concentrated water, with a total recovery rate of over 60%; The front-end water tank can also serve as a system dispensing box, reducing the complexity of the system.


c) The finished water supply mode adopts the direct water supply mode, which has the following advantages:


To ensure constant water pressure, the dialysis pipeline adopts a large circulation design to ensure the fluidity of dialysis water and overcome the impact of pipeline proliferation on the number of dialysis bacterial colonies exceeding the standard.


d) Set up protection devices for low water pressure, high water pressure, and low water level in the water tank to ensure stable operation of the equipment.


e) The system adopts chemical methods, which are easy to operate and maintain.


f) Any level 1 host failure in the system can be immediately converted to single-stage water production, and the equipment can be restored to normal operation after maintenance personnel arrive.


g) Due to the increase in equipment, when the design of the water production equipment (dual stage water production equipment) cannot meet the requirements of dialysis, it can be converted to both stage 1 and stage 2 simultaneous water production for use (converted to single-stage water production), with an effluent conductivity of ≤ 10 μ s/cm, which meets the requirements of dialysis.


h) The membrane shell is made of fiberglass, with advantages such as no deformation, no rust, corrosion resistance, easy maintenance, and much higher quality than stainless steel material.


i) All host pipelines are connected using sanitary grade 304 stainless steel pipes to prevent the growth of microorganisms in the pipelines.


j) In order to ensure the good operation of the equipment and reduce the occurrence of failures, 85% -90% of the equipment configuration uses branded accessories, and is reasonably combined according to the product model to achieve good operation of the equipment.


k) Based on the common characteristic of small water treatment rooms among users, the equipment design strives to reduce the space occupied by the equipment and configure it reasonably while ensuring its aesthetic appearance and normal operation.
