Overview
Working principle of pure steam generator SSY-PSG: Qualified raw water is pressurized by multi-stage pumps and enters the branch condenser before entering the separator and evaporator. The liquid level is controlled by a liquid level switch. Industrial steam enters the evaporator to heat and evaporate the raw water into steam. After gasification, the steam carrying water droplets enters the separation chamber. The water droplets separate from the steam in the separator due to gravity, dissolve in the raw water, and evaporate again. The separated steam becomes pure steam. During the entire evaporation process, concentrated water is intermittently discharged.
