Mixing machine operation

1. Check the machine: Before operating the equipment, check if there are any foreign objects inside the mixer and if the inner wall of the hopper is dry.
2. Material preparation: Prepare various materials that need to be mixed (remember: the materials must be dry). If the materials are not dry, this type of mixer cannot be used. We can use our factory's trough mixer or dry them in an oven before using this machine for operation.
3. Feeding: Feed the material through the feeding port, with a mixing capacity not exceeding 40% of the total capacity, and then tighten the feeding port cover.
4. Mixing: Turn on the power switch to start mixing materials.
5. Discharge: Place the loading container at the lower end of the discharge port, open the discharge port cover, and continue until all the materials in the hopper are discharged.
