Product Details

Photo-DSC 204 F1 UV curing differential scanning calorimeterPhoenix®

The main advantage of UV curing system is its fast reaction time. Monomer solutions (usually without solvents) may solidify within a few seconds at low temperatures. In the field of dual curing adhesives or coatings, heat curing and light curing are often used in combination.

For this specific field, Nike has launched the Photo DSC 204 F1 Phoenix®Capable of operating within a temperature range of -100 ° C to 200 ° C. The instrument has a vacuum sealed measuring unit, and the blowing gas flow rate is regulated and controlled by a built-in mass flow meter (MFC).

Photo DSC 204 F1 can use most standard laboratory and industrial lamps for cationic or radiation curing systems.

For the analysis of adhesives, we recommend equipping a DELOLUX 04 high-pressure mercury lamp (315-500 nm), which can be easily accessed through Proteus® The software triggers it.

For paint and ink applications, we recommend equipping with OmniCure S2000 light source. The relevant measurement parameters (such as irradiation time and intensity) can be programmed and controlled through Proteus software, and support multi-stage control.

The intensity of the high-pressure mercury lamp used in OmniCure S2000 can be calibrated using a radiation meter R2000.

DSC 204 F1 Phoenix® The modified automatic lifting device ensures a fixed distance between the two light pipes and the sample and reference. This ensures the high repeatability of the measurement results.

For other conventional DSC analyses above 200 ° C, the standard lifting device can be modified or manual lifting can be used. For situations with a large number of samples or repetitive testing, in order to fully utilize the testing time at night and on weekends and improve the utilization of the instrument, a 64 bit automatic sampling system (ASC) can be equipped.
