Overview
The SPT-6 suppository penetration test component is used to simultaneously determine the softening time of six samples. It is connected to the Pharma Test PTZ AUTO or PTZ-S tablet disintegration testing instrument. SPT-6 components can also be immersed in a suitable water bath. Place the component in its own single location Plexiglas water bath. In this way, SPT-6 can be used in PTZ AUTO 1-4, PTZ AUTO 1EZ-4EZ, or PTZ-S tablet disintegration testing instruments. When used with any PTZ AUTO EZ tablet disintegration tester, SPT-6 can detect and automatically report softening time.

The SPT-6 suppository penetration test device is used to measure the softening time of suppositories, in accordance with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, USP, and EP<2.9.22>
SPT-6 needs to be used in conjunction with a constant temperature water bath and can be directly installed and operated on the Pharma test disintegrator
When SPT-6 is installed on the PTZ AUTO EZA series disintegrator, it can perform fully automatic detection and output FDA compliant test reports
