Overview

The online automatic monitoring instrument for potassium permanganate index water quality is designed based on the principle of oxidation method. The sample and digestion reagent (such as sulfuric acid) are added to a digestion titration cup for constant temperature oil bath digestion. Some organic and inorganic reducible substances in the sample are partially oxidized. A certain volume of sodium oxalate solution is used for titration and back titration with the solution. The titration endpoint is determined based on the change in oxidation-reduction electrode potential during the back titration process, and the potassium permanganate index in the sample is calculated. The instrument complies with the national standards of the People's Republic of China, with stable and reliable operation, reasonable structure, and easy maintenance.
