Penetrating coating type ultrasonic thickness gaugeIt is a high-precision portable thickness gauge that uses ultrasonic measurement principles, high-speed processors, and highly integrated chip designs to achieve portable, non-destructive, fast, and accurate measurement of various material thicknesses and sound velocities. Materials that can penetrate objects at a constant speed and generate reflected waves can be used.

Suitable for high-precision thickness measurement requirements of various materials, it can be applied to thickness measurement of various metals (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, etc.), quartz, glass, plastic and other materials.

After applying coupling agent on the surface of the measured object, simply place the probe on the contact surface on one side of the measured object to quickly and accurately measure the thickness of the measured object.


Ultrasonic thickness gaugeIt has two measurement modes: standard measurement and penetration coating measurement. The unique penetration mode allows for direct measurement of the thickness of the substrate without the need to polish the paint surface.
