The PQSB series centrifuge is a flat plate clean and intermittent filtration equipment. The material is fed into the rotary drum through the feed pipe of the sealed casing. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase passes through the filter medium and is discharged outside the machine, while the solid phase is trapped inside the rotary drum. After stopping the machine, the machine cover is opened to discharge from the top. The equipment can be opened more than 90 degrees as a whole through manual, hydraulic, pneumatic and other methods, thereby exposing the entire drum components for easy unloading, cleaning, filter bag replacement and other operations. The whole machine is made in accordance with GMP and FDA certification standards, and the overall polishing has no dead corners. The PSFQ model adopts direct motor drive to avoid dust caused by V-belts, mechanical braking, etc., making it particularly suitable for flammable, explosive, and toxic environments.

Configure an online cleaning system (optional) to perform online cleaning on the inner wall of the centrifuge casing, the inner and outer surfaces of the drum, and the surface of the collection tank, ensuring cleanliness requirements and compliance with GMP standards.
