The YVL series online vibration monitoring system is a continuous monitoring system for equipment. It can quickly and automatically collect data from remote, dangerous, or difficult locations. With this system, relevant vibration data of the equipment can be continuously collected, and the real-time status of the equipment can be grasped to timely detect possible faults. At the same time, the system can also integrate online oil monitoring data. By combining the vibration and oil data of the equipment, more accurate judgments can be made on the operating status and equipment faults of the equipment.

Vibration analysis is usually divided into two stages: trend monitoring and fault diagnosis. Trend monitoring refers to the regular measurement and trend tracking of vibration values, rotational speeds, etc. at a certain measuring point. When the trend state changes, it means that the machine state has changed (malfunction). The following figure shows the variation of vibration values at a certain measuring point over time. It can be seen that after running for a period of time, the vibration value gradually increases, and after maintenance (or replacement of parts), the vibration value significantly decreases again.


When the vibration value of a certain measuring point increases, it can be determined that the machine state has changed (malfunction), but the specific cause of the malfunction is still unknown, which leads to a lack of direction for the subsequent maintenance work. At this point, we need to enter the second level of vibration analysis: fault diagnosis. Fault diagnosis through vibration analysis refers to the use of advanced diagnostic methods equipped with vibration measuring instruments, such as vibration spectrum, envelope spectrum, time-domain waveform, etc., to determine the precise cause of the fault.

Long distance transmission with minimal signal attenuation

The network transmission used by the system results in less signal attenuation during long-distance transmission, making it more suitable for long-distance transmission.

Flexible measurement tasks

Recording the passband values of a wide frequency band can provide information on the overall condition of the machine. On the other hand, monitoring specific fault frequency ranges provides reliable fault diagnosis. For variable speed machines, monitor and track their fault frequency bands. By selecting a specific frequency band, the influence of interference signals can be removed.
