The YBD-4 on-site dynamic balancing instrument is the latest achievement of Yatai Optoelectronics R&D Center's long-term research and development in vibration testing, rotating machinery fault diagnosis, and rotor dynamic balancing. It is another carefully crafted work based on the YBD-3 on-site dynamic balancing instrument. The company has invested heavily in research and development to understand relevant theories and technologies, gain practical experience on site, collect and reflect on user opinions, retain the advantages of existing instruments, expand corresponding functions, and design them specifically for industrial field applications. All functions are condensed into mastery!

The instrument measures rotor speed and frequency through a phase detection signal input; The other two vibration signal inputs are used to achieve single and dual channel vibration measurement and analysis; The joint application of the two realizes on-site dynamic unbalance measurement of rotating equipment and vibration reduction treatment of rotor dynamic balance counterweight.

Its powerful vibration measurement and analysis capabilities, accurate rotor dynamic balance measurement and processing capabilities, lightweight and portable on-site operability, and multiple successful on-site experiences have made it a nemesis for abnormal vibrations in rotating equipment.
